Renuka is the CEO and co-founder at UpTrials. She was formerly a Senior Director in Clinical Trial Solutions at Tempus, where she experienced the challenges of clinical research understaffing. She has also relevant HR technology experience from LinkedIn. Renuka obtained her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth and her BA from Columbia University. Outside of UpTrials, Renuka enjoys applying her creativity to dance and writing.

Eugene is the CTO and co-founder at UpTrials. Eugene has over 20 years of technology experience, and spearheads UpTrials product development. Eugene has several AI / ML patents under his name and was previously the CTO at ExplORer Surgical, a surgical software startup that was acquired by GHX in 2021. Eugene is an avid biker, and can often be found along Chicago’s Lakeshore Drive.

Molly is the Director of Operations and Growth at UpTrials. Molly’s previous experience includes Tempus, where she worked closely with research sites as an Operations Manager, and Mia Share, an education and workforce startup where she served as Director of Operations. Molly’s startup chops are an invaluable asset to our team. Molly enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family.
