Renuka is the CEO and Founder at UpTrials. She was formerly a Senior Director in Clinical Trials at Tempus, where she experienced the challenges of clinical research understaffing. She has also relevant HR technology experience from LinkedIn. Renuka obtained her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth and her BA from Columbia University. Outside of UpTrials, Renuka enjoys applying her creativity to dance and writing.

Saundaraya is the CTO at UpTrials. Saundaraya has over 20 years of technology experience and spearheads UpTrials product development. Saundaraya has several AI / ML patents under his name. Saundaraya has extensive experience building similar AI enabled products in healthcare and in HR technology. Outside of UpTrials, Saundaraya enjoys spending time with his family.
